This was an auction purchase and had not been updated for 40 years.
Every ceiling was taken down and  reboarded, insulated for sound and plastered.
Rewired and replumbed with new boiler, with newly fitted kitchen and bathroom.
New stairs were fitted to the loft, which was upgraded.
