We originally started out as a high end construction company based in West London's Chiswick, then carrying out works in West London, South West London and surrounding areas for architects and private clients.

We set about transforming houses and apartments into stunning properties using well sourced materials and great design features. Our attention to detail set us apart from other contractors.

Over the last 25 years we have built up a team of architects, engineers, designers and quality tradesmen. Combine this with the experience and organisational skills of our founder Stephen McCabe and it makes for a formidable team.

We moved in a different direction to concentrate on our own development projects still sticking to our core principals of design, detail and customer satisfaction.

We have steadily grown as a private limited company, which gives us full control over the purchase and final finishes on each development.
