SONNING EYE

This was originally a dated bungalow on a nice plot in a beautiful setting, close to the River Thames. It is also near to the famous French Horn restaurant and the Mill Theatre. We demolished the bungalow and cleared the site, then gained planning to build a new 4 bed, 4 bath executive home. This was built from the ground up and incorporated underfloor heating and an air source heat pump, with 4 beds, 2 en suite, and a stunning kitchen diner office and utility room on the ground floor. Bespoke fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms, and bespoke wall panelling in the hallway. The garden room was built to an exacting standard, fully insulated to the standard of the new build house. A truly stunning house that we are very proud of, this was a full design and build project from start to finish.
