The house began as a small three-bedroom, one-bathroom semi with a very compact kitchen. The entire layout was reconfigured and a large side and rear extension added, along with a mansard loft extension, transforming the property into a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with a generous kitchen-diner. Each bathroom was finished in its own distinct style using top-quality sanitary ware, and the garden was fully landscaped to create a stunning outdoor space.

How long does a home extension take in Caversham?

Most single storey home extensions take around twelve to sixteen weeks on site, depending on the size and what the ground is like. Two storey work takes longer. You get a schedule before we start, so you know which weeks are groundworks, which are the shell and when the inside gets finished.

How much does a construction company in Caversham charge?
